  • 1,300 sq. ft. of heated & cooled space is required on the first floor. No mobile homes or long term RVs. 
  • NO requirement stating that you must build within any given time 2:11 PM 4/17/2019 frame or that you are required to build at all.
  • Subdivide down to two acres. All exterior lighting in excess of 60W must be hooded and/or on a motion detector.
  • Annual Property Owners Association dues: $400.00 for undeveloped land and $700.00 for improved (with house).
  • Building Impact Fee — $ 750.00 This fee is paid to the Property Owners Association once you start building.
