The Restrictive Covenants at a Glance:
- 1,300 sq. ft. of heated & cooled space is required on the first floor.
- No mobile homes or long term RVs. Short term RV parking / camping is allowed.
- NO requirement to build within any given time frame or that you are required to build at all.
- You can sub-divide down to two acres.
- All exterior lighting in excess of 60W must be hooded and on a motion detector.
- Annual Property Owners Assoc. dues: $400.00 for undeveloped land, $700.00 with a house.
- Building Impact Fee — $ 750.00 paid to the Property Owners Association once you start building.
