The Restrictive Covenants at a Glance

  • A minimum of 1,300 square feet of heated and cooled space is required on the first floor
  • No mobile homes or long term RVs
  • Annual Property Owners’ Association dues:
  • You may subdivide down to two acres.
  • All exterior lighting in excess of 60 watts must be hooded and/or on a motion detector.
  • There is NO requirement that you must build within a given time frame or that you are required to build at all.
  • Building Impact Fee is $750.00. This is the fee payable to the Property Owners’ Association once you begin building on your lot.
